Research Fields

Wang’s general research interests are to investigate the synthetic methodology and biological function of N-glycans as well as the protein glycosylation related enzymes. Currently, the projects are focusing on in vitro preparation of various human N-glycans, by developing novel chemo-enzymatic methodologies. In this process, functional and structural analyses of involved glycosyltransferases and glycosidases are also performed.
