Biography
He obtained his PhD degree from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 2001 (advisor: Dr. Yoshifumi Jigami). 2001-2006, Postdoctoral fellow in Dr Aaron Neiman’s laboratory at Stony Brook University. 2006-2007, Postdoctoral fellow, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (Dr. Shin-ichiro Nishimura’s Laboratory). 2007-2009, Postdoctoral fellow, Fukushima Medical University (Dr. Ikuo Wada’s Laboratory). 2009-2011, Assistant professor, Fukushima Medical University. He works as a professor at Jiangnan University in China since 2011. His research interest mainly focus on yeast spores.
